The attractive house boasts a living area of approximately 150 m² and sits on a plot of around 800 m². The delightful outdoor area includes a roughly 30 m² semi-covered terrace, a sun garden, a partially covered balcony, and a rooftop terrace of about 25 m². The highlight is the 4 m x 8 m pool (depth 1.50 m) with a pool cover and four high-quality sun loungers. Weather permitting, the pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October. When the pool cover is closed (at night), the pool retains its temperature, usually reaching around 26 degrees Celsius.
The property is adorned with palm trees, hydrangeas, and other beautiful shrubs and is maintained weekly by a gardener, including the pool.
