The super-insulated apartment is powered by a pellet boiler, solar thermal energy, features wood-aluminum windows with triple glazing, underfloor heating, and meets energy class A standards. The maximum occupancy is three adults + one baby.
The holiday accommodation is situated on a hill in a rural setting, from where numerous hiking trails begin; it's a peaceful place away from mass tourism. Time passes slowly here.

Depart from Malcesine, take Via Panoramica 1 and drive for 4 km until you reach Campiano Pass (Hotel Querceto-Trattoria Campiano), then take the right incline for about 300 meters, afterwards follow Via del Vaas for 150 meters until the end on the left side.
