In Callantsoog you'll find the nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater". This tranquil area is made up of dunes, plains, marshes, and two lakes surrounded by lush vegetation. Between Petten and Camperduin, a new artificial dune belt with a lagoon landscape has been created (well worth seeing).
In the nearby area, there are many attractions:
Lifeboat Museum, Fort Kijkduin with the North Sea Aquarium, children's play paradise De Goudvis in Maartenszee, climbing park with petting zoo in Den Helder (Donkere Duinen), golf course, Friday cheese market in Alkmaar.
In the neighboring holiday park, you'll find an indoor pool with a slide and a 9-hole golf course.
Aldi, Lidl, Denn's, and a shopping center are within 1 km. The nearest restaurants are 500 meters away.
Drive from the border towards Amsterdam/Schiphol. Later, head towards Alkmaar.
After Alkmaar, continue towards Den Helder. Follow the expressway/canal until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid).
Turn into Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center, there is a crossroad where you should turn right and then immediately left into van Foorestweg.
Approximately 500 meters after the roundabout, you will have reached the Bungalowpark Yperhof.

Unexpected things can always happen. However, it's a pity for everyone if Villa Sommermelodie remains vacant when other holidaymakers would have liked to come. If you are unable to start your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply:

- up to 49 days before the rental starts: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental starts: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental starts: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental starts: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental starts) 100% of the rental price.
