On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, another living room, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. The decor is in a country house style with parquet flooring. The house offers plenty of space, individual retreats, as well as two large living areas. The large garden and the covered terrace allow for activities outside the house.

The town center of Lofer with a lift and other leisure activities is approximately a 7-minute drive from the house.
Located on the edge of the Au district, idyllically situated near a chapel. In front of the house, there are green spaces, with a small forest behind. A great starting point for hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing. At dusk, it's not uncommon to see deer near the house.
Arrival is possible either via the motorway exit at Bad Reichenhall followed by approximately 30 minutes of country road, or alternatively via the Inntal motorway exit at Niederndorf and 40 minutes of country road past Kössen, Erpfendorf, and Waidring.
