Cancellation term

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that cancellation is only possible if you pay 80% of the total booking price. In the event of premature cancellation of your stay, the total booking price will be due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. A note on Coronavirus: Should the Municipal Region of Aachen ban accommodation, you will of course be fully refunded.
