Cancellation term

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses: A) Cancellation: up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price B) No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price (2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less. (3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.
