Villa Chiara is a brand new, modern and luxuriously decorated villa with all the amenities for a perfect vacation. Villa Chiara is located at the intersection of the highway, between Novigrad and Brtonigla, in a small place where there are 4 other equally exclusive holiday villas.
Spacious living room, super equipped kitchen, one en-suite bedroom and toilet are located on the ground floor while on the first floor there are 3 more luxuriously arranged en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is connected to the outdoor terrace which offers a fantastic view of the Istrian landscape. Use it for your first morning coffee in peace with the chirping of birds.
The villa is located on a plot of 900mq, on the surface of which there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor furniture, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Brtonigla is a municipality that is rich in natural resources and which is proud of its untouched nature and lays the foundations for development on agricultural production and tourist resources. It covers an area of ??33 km2, the western part of the municipality is located along the Adriatic coast in the length of about 3 km. The municipality mostly stretches inland, and its southern part reaches the river Mirna. It includes the sea coast and inland, green, Istria. The mild, Mediterranean climate prevails in the area of ??the Municipality, which enables a pleasant stay throughout the year. The boundaries of the municipality are the boundaries of the cadastral municipalities of Brtonigla, Nova Vas and parts of the cadastral municipalities of Novigrad and Donja Mirna.
