The villa is located on the outskirts of Fieberbrunn in the Pfaffenschwendt district. Opposite is a train station and bus stop for the free ski - and region bus. The mountain railway with the skiing area Fieberbrunn-Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm is about 1,5 km away. Behind the house there is a cycle path with further walking and hiking trails.
