The apartment is furnished to a high standard. Fresh towels and linen are provided for guests. The entertainment area consists of a 32' smart TV with free Nextflix account DVD player, satellite TV, CD/radio player. A detailed CD collection is available for guests to use while staying in the apartment. The penthouse has the added advantage of having a large terrace area (23m2) and comprises of two loungers to sunbath on. A large table with four big chairs and cushions (chairs also go back into a lounger position) You are in walking distance of all amenities. You are a few minutes from restaurants, the local market, the beach and the taxi service etc. Hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, free parking.
Our management meet and greet you on arrival. We can offer transfers from the airport and can arrange tours in the area (with collection and drop off to the apartments - no need for you to arrange at tourist office). This top floor penthouse apartment with a 4 star rating from the Croatian Tourist Board offers stunning views and is situated in an excellent location on Ciovo. 250 meters to beach/restaurants, all amenities close by, just a few mins walk. There are many beautiful swimming coves and beaches nearby. You can take beautiful coastal walks around Ciovo taking in the gorgeous Croatian landscape.
Arrival by plane into Split airport. Easily accessible for arriving by car from European countries especially Germany.

Cancellation
The initial deposit is non refundable. If you cancel 8 weeks prior to arrival the remainder is not required. We recommend you take out travel insurance that covers illnesses and accidents etc.
Breakage Deposit
A breakage deposit of €100/£80 needs to paid on arrival. This will be returned at the end of your stay provided everything is in order.
