Our two new country style holiday apartments have a lovely panoramic view to the town and lake.
The lake is only a short walking distance from our house. All rooms have lake view, 2 bedrooms (one with bunk bed), shower/toilet, cosy and lovingly furnished living room with well-equipped kitchenette (microwave, oven, stove, freezing compartment, coffee machine), flat screen TV, DVD, separate entrance. Each apartment has its own roofed terrace and garden.
The panorama terrace is perfect for barbecues (BBQ available). Lawn, garden furniture, cot and high chair provided.
Cellar room for bicycles available.

Schalkenmehren in Vulkan Eifel is a small, idyllic holiday resort in the heart of Vulkan Eifel. Its direct position at one of the maars and some restored half-timbered house that were preserved in Schalkenmehren are characteristic for the picturesque town.
There is lots to do in and on the lake, e.g. swimming, boat trips, surfing, fishing, tanning in summer and ice-skating on the lake in winter (if possible).
If you want to spend your holiday with activities, you can also play tennis or miniature golf or hike in an outstanding nature.
