Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment located on the upper floor, accessible only by stairs. The apartment offers a charming living and dining area in one room, inviting you to relax and enjoy social gatherings.
The small kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a double hot plate, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils, a combination device that can be used both as a microwave and a small oven, and a Senseo pod machine. Additionally, brewing filter coffee is possible to customize your coffee enjoyment. Although the apartment officially accommodates four people, we recommend primarily using it by three persons due to the compact kitchenette.
Adjacent to the open living area is a separate toilet, which provides additional comfort.
The apartment features a shower room with a toilet that connects directly to a bedroom with a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm). Additionally, a second bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200 cm) is available.
A small balcony rounds off the offering, providing a great view of the city and the idyllic wine region – the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.
