The interior of the two-story house is boasts a modern style combined with traditional elements. On the ground floor we find the living room with sat-TV. It leads to the dining room which is connected to the kitchen that offers a gas stove. In the laundry room you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, all with twin beds and air conditioning. Three of them are on the ground floor and one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms on the first floor also have an en-suite bathroom with shower -one of them with the shower in the same room. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the whole accommodation on the ground floor and a toilet outdoors. The equipment is completed with 7 ceiling fans and a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
Outside you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool that measures 4.5 x 7.5 meters and has a depth that ranges between 0.80 and 1.80 meters. It also offers sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing, a sitting area where you can have a drink at sunset, an outdoor dining room, a mobile barbecue to cook delicious grilled meat and vegetables and a wood oven. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The house is located on the outskirts of Algaida, in a quiet and bucolic environment. In the village you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20 km away. You also have a nearby golf course, Son Gual, about 13 km from the property.

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
