Here you can experience nature up close, yet you are only 7 km away from the hustle and bustle of the Prinzipalmarkt. Cyclists, hikers and joggers will find their paradise here in various recreational areas and on the countless cycle paths in the extensive Münsterland region.
Newly built in 2021, bright and modern, centrally located in a quiet residential street in the centre of Hiltrup, our apartment extends over the 1st floor of our 3-family and offers plenty of space for 4 people plus 1 small child. Two sunny balconies, facing S/O and S/W, give the flat its name and its guests the opportunity to be pampered by the sun from morning to evening.
There are 4 bus lines (distance apartment/stop 4 minutes on foot), optionally also a six-minute train ride from the Hiltrup railway station to the main railway station in Münster. The "Hiltrup" junction of the A1 motorway, 6 km away, also offers very good supraregional connections by car.
Two supermarkets can be reached "around the corner" from the flat in a distance of only 200 m!

"Pättkestouren" through town and country:
The bicycle is the most widely used means of transport in Münster. There are over 500,000 bicycles for every 310,000 inhabitants. Hardly any other city has such a well-developed network of cycle paths and so many special cycling offers. There are many themed routes, such as the " 100 castles route" or the "peace route".Münsterland has always been one of the leading cycling regions. Whether alone, as a couple or with the family - there is an optimal Pättkes tour for every taste. "Pättkes" is Low German and means "paths" in High German.
Münster, with a population of over 310,000 (2018), is one of the regional centres of North Rhine-Westphalia and, with over 60,000 (2018) students, is one of the 10 largest university cities in Germany.
You too can discover this exceptionally beautiful city on a shopping spree through special shops, on a cult-tour through historic buildings, various theatres, museums or galleries or the diverse range of gastronomy. Those who are drawn to nature and the countryside will find relaxation on the promenade, the Aasee or on one of the countless "Pättkestouren".

You can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. The flat rate cancellation costs are:
- free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date
- thereafter 50% of the rental price
- If the landlord succeeds in finding another tenant for the canceled period in whole or in part after the 14th day before the arrival date, only 50% of the possibly unoccupied time will be due.
- It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.
Münster: Hotel tax 4.5% of the rental price for the duration of the accommodation, max. for 21 days.
