In our 2021 completely renovated vacation home you have room for 7 people. Enjoy the beautiful view of the landscape or passing ships. A barbecue, a table tennis and a soccer goal are available for use in the spacious garden. You can enjoy yourself in the lovingly furnished house with smart TV and Sonos box. The curtains in the bedrooms are lined with blackout fabric. The open living-dining area has deep windows everywhere and even in wind and weather you are well protected in the conservatory and can make yourself comfortable on the lounge sofa.

-Schöner Kaminofen

Contra:
- Nachbarn werkelte jeden Tag am Flussufer vor der Terrasse herum
- Wespennest in der Fassade neben der Terrasse
- Unbequeme Wohnzimmercouch und Küchenmöbel
- Defektes Außenrollo im Wohnzimmer
- Keine Insektenschutzgitter - Mücken gibt es dort reichlich
- Eingangs- und Terrassentür sind nur mit großer Kraft zu bedienen
- ungepflegter Außenbereich

Fazit: Die gründliche Renovierung des Obergeschosses sollte auch im Erdgeschoß fortgesetzt werden.

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt.
Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt um sich selber zu versorgen.
Die absolute Ruhe ohne Straßenlärm und der Blick auf die Weser haben uns besonders gut gefallen.
Unsere Enkelkinder 5 und 7 Jahre alt hatten genug Platz im Garten und auch im Haus zur Verfügung um zu spielen.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal die Gelegenheit dazu haben und dann auch auf jeden Fall unsere Fahrräder mitnehmen.

Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit viel Platz. Freundlich und hell eingerichtet mit großen Fenstern im Wohnbereich mit schönem Blick auf die Weser. Das Grundstück bietet Platz zum Fußball und Tischtennis spielen. Schöne Spaziergänge durchs Dorf mit einem Besuch auf Bauernhof gehörten genauso dazu wie das Pflücken der leckeren Äpfel und Birnen am Wegesrand.
