- Bedroom 1:
In the former principal's room which maintains the original hardwood parquet floor, you will find a big double bed (180cmx200cm) and a pullout daybed for a snuggy siesta in the afternoon or to sleep two more guests.
A desk with a vista over the wide landscape can be used for work or recording your vacation memories.
An enourmous oak wardrobe, originally from a castle en Luxembourg, offers ample space for baggage and clothes.
- Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom with original timber flooring has two single beds (90 cm x 200 m), a desk and an ample wardorbe.
- Bathroom:
The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a shower (90 x 90), vanitiy and mirror, hairdryer and power outlets.
- Kitchen/Living room area
A special highlight is the open concept living and room and kitchen area. Cook together and review the day over a glass of wine. Just relax reading a book on the sofa, update Instagram with travel impressions or watch a movie on the 55'' 4K smart TV. Everything can be done togehter. Nobody has to "disappear" in the kitchen to cook dinner. You can eat together directly on the XL-kitchen island in the center of the room.

Our new guesthouse located in an historic schoolhouse built in 1912 in Bitburg - Mötsch offers different types of lodging according to your needs - Small and large apartments, studios, suites and rooms.
We offer accomodations for individual travelers, couples, families or groups.
Located in the quiet township of Mötsch just 1,5 miles from Bitburg' s city center with cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, stores and supermarkets, our guesthouse borders directly with the open landscape and hike and bike tracks. Our neighbours are the local soccer field and the horse riding club. The sporting club's home is located in the building and looking forward to meet you for a beer or two.
Alte Schule guesthouse is work in progress. The principal's rooms apartment is already bookable now. In early 2020 more lodging possibilites will follow.

Zum Alten Schule Gästehaus reisen mit dem Auto an. Von der Autobahn A60 aus können Sie die Abfahrt "Badem" nutzen und dann sich im Ort in Richtung Metterich halten (kurz vor dem Ortsausgang links Richtung "Eifelpark") und dann die erste rechts nach Metterich Schild "Zur 50 folgen"). Metterich auf der Hauptstraße durchfahren und dann Abfahrt in Richtung "B50" Bitburg nehmen. Auf der B50 bis zum einem Kreisverkehr fahren. In diesem in die Gegenrichtung zurück und nach ca. 200m rechts (unerwartet) dem Schild Mötsch folgen. Im Stadtteil Mötsch folgen Sie der Beschilderung zum Sportplatz bzw. unseren Schildern "Alte Schule"
