Tanca del Conte is a peaceful organic farm nestled among 10 hectares of olive trees and Mediterranean plants on gentle hills with panoramic views near the small town of Muravera.
4 independent houses are spread across the property. There's a vegetable garden for picking, and animals including ducks, chickens, donkeys, and horses. The house "Stazzo Squidda" features a private pool and sea view. (There is another house with a pool and 2 houses without a pool). It has a living room with 2 sleeping places, table, chairs, and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A second bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin is also available. Several terraces are distributed around the house. Additionally, there are two outdoor showers with hot water.

The tranquil region of Sarrabus in the southeast of Sardinia is characterized by granite massifs, lagoon lakes, agriculture, and miles of gently sloping sandy beaches, not far from Costa Rei. The nearest beach "San Giovanni" is about 800 meters from the property. Good pizzeria/restaurant "Marina Giò" right on the beach (open all year round).
In Muravera, you'll find all shopping facilities (about 4 km away). Diverse hiking opportunities!
The highly recommendable capital, Cagliari, is about 60 km away.
