On Außendeich can breathe abundant North Sea air, this is a 10-minute walk from the small street. There, on the dike, you can go cycling, skating, kite flying, swimming or simply walk.
Munter sheep grazing on the dike, birds leave their orbits over land and sea, and usually a light breeze.
Gray city by the sea - this term is due to the locally born novelist Theodor Storm. Husum is the county town of North Friesland, has about 20,000 inhabitants and is located directly on the North Sea, which creates very nice setting for a relaxing holiday.
Mit der Bahn anreisend: Fußläufig in ca. 12 Gehminuten vom Husumer Bahnhof, links auf Poggenburgstraße, weiter auf Gaswerkstraße, weiter in die Deichstraße, rechts rein in die Kleine Straße.
Vom Süden mit dem PKW anreisend: A23, dann B5, in Südermarsch Richtung Husum links abbiegen, Bundesstraße folgen, Wilhelmstraße, unter der Eisenbahnbrücke durch links ab in die Gaswerkstraße, die zur Deichstraße wird, rechts in die Langharmstraße, wieder rechts ins Westerende und nochmal rechts in die Kleine Straße.
Vom Norden mit dem PKW anreisend: B5, in Hattstedt rechts abbiegen auf An der alten B5/Husumer Straße, weiter auf Bredstedter Straße, rechts ab auf Adolf-Brütt-Straße, weiter auf Deichstraße, links in die Langharmstraße, 2mal rechts in die Kleine Straße.

Die Höhe dieses Ersatzanspruches (Entschädigung) bestimmt sich durch die Nähe des Rücktrittzeitpunktes zum vereinbarten Reisebeginn und ist in folgenden Pauschalen gestaffelt:
bis zum 45. Tag vor Reiseantritt 30%,
- ab dem 44. Tag bis 33 Tage vor Reisebeginn 40% des Mietpreises,
- ab dem 32. Tag bis 22 Tage vor Reisebeginn 60% des Mietpreises,
- ab dem 21. Tag bis 15 Tage vor Reisebeginn 80% des Mietpreises,
- ab dem 14. Tag bis 1 Tag vor Reisebeginn 90%
- später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn werden 100 % des Mietpreises fällig
Bei Nichtanreise, Nichtbezug der gebuchten Unterkunft bzw. Stornierung ab Reisebeginn wird der vollständige Mietpreis fällig.
Selbstverständlich entfällt die Stornierungsgebühr, wenn es uns gelingt, die Wohnung in dem stornieren Zeitraum erneut zu vermieten.
