It offers 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue and pool with sun deck area. It is a three-floor villa connected with an internal staircase. It has 3 parking places secured on the private plot at the entrance (first-floor level). Villa Marila is located in Ruskamen (Lokva Rogoznica), a small tourist place located exactly halfway between the towns of Split (30km) and Makarska (29km). The closest town is Omiš (6,5km). The crystal clear the Adriatic Sea and the beautiful pebble beaches (1km) in Ruskamen guarantee you the best holiday on the Adriatic. Because of the good afternoon summer wind, Ruskamen is also a popular destination for windsurfing that you can try on Ivašnjak beach or Ruskamen beach. The nearest minimarket, restaurant, beach grill, and bar are only 1km away, but the car is recommended as you are located a bit up the hill (1km up from the coastal road) and this is why the views and the sunsets from this property are unforgettable.

Thanks to the vicinity of the towns of Omis (6km) and Makarska (29km), the visitors can, among other things, explore the rich cultural and historical heritage of the surrounding region, enjoy rafting on the Cetina River (6km), zip-line above Cetina river, free climbing in Omiš, scuba diving, jet-skiing or windsurfing. You can also take ferry trips or individual boat tours to Island Brač, Hvar, or Vis. For those that seek nightlife and fun, several nightclubs and bars on Makarska and Omis Riviera guarantee an unforgettable holiday. Near Makarska, there is also a park of nature Biokovo with its famous attraction Biokovo skywalk. That is the viewpoint made from glass in the shape of a horseshoe on the edge of a cliff on which you can walk! It is really amazing and as you can imagine, the view of the middle Dalmatian islands is breathtaking. You can also take a day tour to Krka Waterfalls (1,5-hour drive) near Šibenik (exit Skradin), a very nice place to visit with your family or friends. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep:
• 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured)
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a
confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference
The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued.
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if
the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change
according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit
of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated
below will apply.
If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation
terms stated below will apply.
If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible,
the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48
hours before transfer are not possible.
• The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later
than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.
In the period between 17.06. - 09.09.2023., Saturday is the required changeover day
