The apartment is located on the second floor of our home and is suitable for 5 persons (extra bed is available upon request).
It consists of a hallway, a living room, a bedroom, a child`s bedroom, a kitchen with a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
You may also use our pavilion “Villa Moma” that has just been restored with a lot of love and detail. It offers a common room with a small tea kitchen and additional space for sleeping facilities in the attic.
Our large backyard offers many options for recreation. You may use the swings, the ping-pong table, the sitting area, the fire bowl, and our gas grill. You may even put up a tent.
There is a Sauna in our basement that can be used for a fee.
Our dwelling house with its unique architecture is listed and the large backyard with its flowerbeds, bushes and old trees adds to the beauty of the ensemble that invites you to find tranquility and recreation.

With its exceptional cultivated landscape, Moritzburg is one of the most appealing tourist attractions in Saxony. Its historic buildings and traditional events like Fischzug (haul), Hengstparade (parade of the stallions), Moritzburg Festival, make it to a well-known attraction for tourists from home and abroad. The pond landscape around Moritzburg is a popular recreational area for hiking and cycling. Close-by attractions are Dresden, Meißen and the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
By car via A13 coming from Berlin – get off Exit 21 “Radeburg”
By car via A4 coming from Chemnitz or Leipzig – get off Exit 80 “Dresden-Wilder-Mann"
By car via A4 coming from Görlitz, Bautzen – get off “Dresden Flughafen” (Airport)
From all Exits, please follow the road signs to Moritzburg (appr. 7-8km)
By train: Get off at Dresden “Bahnhof Neustadt”. On the forecourt take the bus to Moritzburg (Line 326 or 477). Get off at “Moritzburg Rathaus” after 22min.
