In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained or we will offset the amount paid in full for a replacement booking, provided we receive your cancellation at least 5 weeks before arrival. You have 5 months from the last date of your canceled trip to receive the full amount of the deposit. After that, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Exception: You will receive a full refund of the payments you have already made if a successful new rental has been found on the "same" terms. We will deduct €50 for processing the refund. We strongly advise you to take out travel cancellation/health insurance, which will cover your loss in the event of illness, especially in relation to experiences with Corona, in the event of cancellation or interruption of the trip. Something can always come up, but as private landlords who live from this business, we can no longer offer flexible or even free cancelations. We are no longer able or willing to support our recent experience with cancellations at short notice due to bad weather or multiple bookings where a final decision is made shortly before the start of the trip.
