This semi-detached holiday apartment accommodates 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bedrooms have 2 single beds (6 x 1-person duvets). The ground floor bathroom features a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. There is a second toilet on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The house includes a fireplace, digital television (German package), and a radio-CD-DVD system. A washing machine, dryer, and free internet connection are also available. The house boasts a garden with a terrace and its own parking space. You'll feel right at home in this holiday apartment! Smoking is not allowed in this house.
A lovely, well-maintained accommodation with many extras in a good location. The garden is perfect for children (trampoline, swing, etc.). Situated midway between Paal 15 and 17, you can quickly reach the beach, Ecomare, De Koog, or Den Burg by bike.

The apartment is located approximately 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the seaside resort De Koog and has a beautiful garden, a terrace, and its own parking space.

When booking a holiday home (such as a holiday bungalow, mobile home, apartment, etc.):
- For a cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental fee;
- For a cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the rental fee;
- For a cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the rental fee;
- For a cancellation on the arrival date or later: the full rental fee. The cancellation costs will not exceed the travel sum.
