Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the renter: Any cancellation must be made by mail or faxed to the proprietor.
a) cancellation before arrival:
the deposit is kept by the proprietor. The proprietor may demand the balance of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of occupancy.
If the renter does not arrive within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated in the agreement, the present agreement becomes null and void, and the proprietor may dispose of his accommodations. The deposits is also kept by the proprietor, who may demand payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is cut short, the proprietor keeps the price of the rental. No refund will be given.
Cancellation by the proprietor: The proprietor refunds to the renter all sums paid, and an indemnity at least equal to what the renter would have paid if the renter had made the cancellation at that date.

The price is for the entire stay of 7 nights and changes with the season.
Reduction of 10% for 2 following weeks
visitor's tax (for adult) per night and per person 1,17 €, no tax for children under 13 years.
Sheets and towels you can bring by yourself
or optional: 20 € / bed,10 €/person for towels.
Payment: cash at the arrival or bank transfer at the contract confirmation

Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden.

SUPER AUSSICHT! schöne wohnung, gut für familien mit kindern!
nette wirtsleute, schöne ferien mit gutem wetter, ruhiger ort mit romantischem flair!!!
ruhige lage aber leider kein parkplatz vor der tür. alle sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen und einkaufen
( Lidl ) ist in colmar, ca 10 min mit dem auto!!
essen in eqisheim im Heuhaus, gut und preiswert oder in colmar bei Flunch, rue de republik, super und preiswert!!
in der wohnung ausstattung mit allem was man zum kochen braucht!! gruß familie fock (gäste von 31.08.13 bis 14.09.)
