Quietly located cottage with half-timbering very close to Kulhuse harbor with all its cosiness and charm. The cottage itself consists of a very exciting open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and loft and another room with double bed. TV room with sofa bed for 2 people. The cottage is built with a sloping ceiling and with strong, visible beams, which give a very special atmosphere. Natural plot with swing, sandpit and football goal for the kids. Large supermarket just approx. 100m at the end of the road. During the period April 1 & # 8211; On 30 September, it is possible to take the small ferry from Kulhuse Harbor to Sølager in Hundested. Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
