Noch ein paar Anmerkungen für die (freundliche!) Besitzerin Frau Jost:
Punkt 1: Im Treppenhaus vor unserer Wohnung und in der Wohnung herrschte ein stechender Geruch/Gestank, wahrscheinlich nach Zigarettenrauch. Vermutlich stand die Haustür schon längere Zeit offen, wodurch der Gestank eindrang. Diesem Problem konnten wir dadurch begegnen, dass wir lange lüften und die Haustür möglichst kurz offen stehen lassen.
Punkt 2: Das (Schlaf-)Sofa im Wohnzimmer bietet keinen guten Sitzkomfort. Um dieses Problem zu lösen, brachten wir zwei Gartenstühle mit und nutzten sie während unseres Aufenthalts.
Punkt 3: Für eine Vier-Personen-Wohnung mit nur einem Sofa und ein paar Esstischstühlen ist der Sitzkomfort eher dürftig. Vorschlag: Platzieren Sie zwei weitere bequeme Stühle im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt viel Platz.
Ansonsten sind wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Geräumige Wohnung, sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden, die Betten sind bereits bezogen und es sind ausreichend Hand- und Küchentücher vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Geeignet für 4 Personen, für eine fünfte Person gibt es Bettwäsche und ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Das ist nicht ideal. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, eine Luftmatratze mitzubringen. In einem der Schlafzimmer können Sie eine zusätzliche Luftmatratze unterbringen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch.
