This type of apartment features spacious and elegant Maisonettes (max. 4 people) of 50sqm. They are distinguished by comfort and by the sea view from its 8sqm spacious balcony. This apartment type has two levels. The level one has a comfortable living room with two sofas-beds, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The level two is a bedroom area with two single beds. The level one with the level two are separated by a curtain and reached by a staircase.
Free amenities of the apartment: towels, bedlinen, WiFi, books, hairdryer, air condition, fan, parasol at the balcony, flat-screen TV (satellite channels) and mosquito nets. On request, a baby high chair and cot are available free of charge.

Every day you can have boat trips to the world-famous peninsula of Athos and the picturesque island of Ammuliani. In the wider area you can find the Petralona cave with the remains of a prehistoric man, as well as the ancient Greek cities of Olynthos, Akanthos and Stagira (Aristotle's birthplace).
The Yellow Houses is an apartment complex next to “private” beach, where you can find for free sun-umbrellas and sun loungers. They are located 2km away from Pyrgadikia village in Halkidiki, which is a quiet fishing village that has not been affected yet by mass tourism as it is remote from the big hotel complexes of Halkidiki area. In the centre of the village there is a small marina with fishing boats and taverns that serve local greek cuisine as well as fresh fish.
Route :
Pirgadikia, the village, is to reached via two different routes :
Route A : is going along the seaside but is affected by heavy traffic. ( Thessaloniki- Moudania- Nikiti-Pirgadikia ).
Route B : is an inland road with restricted traffic ( Thessaloniki- Arnea- Palaiohori- Megali Panagia- Pirgadikia ).
