On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant living room, an elegant dining room, a bathroom, a veranda and a terrace.
Four bedrooms with beautifully decorated en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, from where guests can enjoy a splendid view of the panorama of Umag and the sea, the large garden, the large swimming pool and the nature surrounding the villa . There is an extra sofa in one of these bedrooms. No private bathroom and bed in the fourth bedroom but a sofa with a pull-out mattress for two.

For further entertainment, guests can also use the basement, which features an entertainment/TV/cinema/playstation area with two armchairs, and a further room as a den with kitchen and indoor fireplace/BBQ. The table can be transformed into a pool or poker table. In the next room there is a spa with jacuzzi, Finnish and Turkish sauna, and a room with solarium.
