Beautiful situated Villa at the lower part of the village, countryside, with panoramic view on Lake Geneva and the mountains. On the large terrace a BBQ is at your disposal.

At each change, the mattress protectors are changed in addition to the normal bed linen.
Newly built in 2012 with very modern kitchen (with all modern features). The bath-room is equiped with a modern bath-tube/shower allowing comfortable access.

Plug-in hybrid vehicles can be charged overnight at a flat rate of CHF 5.00 per charge.
For fully electric cars (e.g. TESLA) we can provide a 16 AMP line overnight. Flat rate per charge CHF 20.00.
Adapters must be brought by the guests themselves.

Our house is 547 over sealevel. Lake Geneva is on 397 m, i.e. we are 150 meters over Lake Geneva.
On demand we have a children's bed as well as special chair at your disposal.

Our Outdooroffers refer to the Riviera-Area. Alpine skiing as per circumstances of snow directly in Blonay (Les Pleiädes) or farther away in the combined area ?Port-de-Soleil) with France, abt 35 to 40 minutes by car.

The house is at the dead end of a road in a very quiet situation. Nearby you may visit the famous Lavaux vineyard area overlooking the Lake of Geneva, declared 2007 by UNESCO as World Heritage Site.
10 minutes by car to Vevey or Montreux, places well known by their rich cultural life and congresses (Montreux Jazz Festival). Many excursion possibilities by foot, train or boat.
During Montreux-Xmas market the apartment is still available (from November 24 until December 22, 2016)
