Culture and family are usually difficult to reconcile, but here you will succeed very easily. The town of Noto (6 km) attracts not only with its baroque history. We especially recommend the Flower Festival Infiorata. Here, the entire Via Nicolaci is decorated with flower mosaics every third Sunday in May. A spectacle for young and old. The town of Modica (41 km) is not only known for its baroque architecture, but also for its famous chocolate.
We recommend the airport of Catania (88 km). From here, take the motorway towards Syracuse until the exit "Noto" and then continue on the road SP34 until you reach Villa Rossitto.

The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts:
• In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price.
In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient.
