The house was renovated in 2020 in a quiet and secluded place that offers guests an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The house is fully air conditioned. The ground floor consists of a living room that has access to a terrace with pool and deck chairs. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, while on the third floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom.

Pićan is located near the town of Labin. Labin is a small town in the interior of Istria that attracts many curious people with its beautiful acropolis-built old town and other rich cultural and monumental heritage. It is only three kilometers away from the sea.
