High-altitude holiday home in Sandersvig with a completely unique view of the Little Belt and life on the water. After a perhaps active day, you can relax in the outdoor and covered wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor shower, where of course there is also hot and cold water. The cottage is ready for the summer of 2021 and provides plenty of space to frolic and has many very special details, e.g. walled fireplace with glass door. The house is furnished with a sloping ceiling. Against the water you get large windows, which make the house very bright. From the large kitchen / living room and living room you have a panoramic view of the water, so you can follow the boats on the water while cooking. In the separate activity room you can have many hours to go in a good and fun way with both billiards and table tennis and even a dart board. For children and playful adults, you will find the opportunity to use a swing, football goal and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). It is possible to charge an electric car at the house. With this house, up to 6 people get free daily access to Slotssøbadet in Kolding. Not for rent to youth groups.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
