The third room is in the ground floor, next to the kitchen of collective. The house from the 40ies has still the charme of a rustic cottage in spite of redecoration and instauration.

Furthermore there are very good access oppurtionities to the capital of Austria Vienna and to the health resort Baden. In addition you can easily go to the place of pilgrimage Mariazell.
