Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, deducting the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible:
Withdrawal:
up to 95 days before the start of the rental period = 25% of the rental price
up to 75 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
up to 45 days before the start of the rental period = 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period = 80% of the rental price
up to 7 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental price
after that, withdrawal is no longer possible, and 100% of the rental costs will be incurred.

Located behind the dunes, this comfortable 5-star villa park in Kamperland, Zeeland, is right by the sea. Clean, expansive beach (multiple award-winning) with numerous beach cafés and snack options, as well as cycling and hiking trails. Kamperland itself has several restaurants and larger supermarkets, including Aldi, a drugstore, pharmacy, and various shops. Nearby are cities and quaint towns worth visiting such as Veere, Middelburg, Domburg, Oostkapelle, Zierikzee, and many more. There is a bus stop at the park entrance.

Our holiday home is located on Oosterscheldelaan,
in the Roompot Park "Noordzee Residence De Banjaard", Kamperland.
All streets in the park are officially registered and can be easily found with any standard navigation system.

Hier in het park, aan het prachtige strand DeBanjaard, hebben we onze droomplek gevonden.
We blijven continu nieuwe ideeën realiseren om u altijd een zo comfortabel mogelijke omgeving te bieden voor de mooiste dagen van het jaar.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und gemütlich, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Besonders die Lage hat uns begeistert - perfekt zum Entspannen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls wohlgefühlt. Ein kleines Manko ist der Garten, der recht stark einsehbar ist, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren in die Niederlande und haben über die Zeit schon sehr viele Ferienhäuser kennenlernen dürfen. Das Ferienhaus Nala der Familie Arlt war dabei das schönste, gemütlichste und bestausgestattetste in dem wir bislang waren. Wirklich ein Traum. Zudem ist die Kommunikation mit Familie Arlt super angenehm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
