Welcome to our beautiful luxury villa located in picturesque Lorgues, one of the most beautiful vacation destinations in southern France. This villa features a large (heated) pool of 13 x 8 meters with three lounges, one of which is covered. There is also a summer kitchen and air conditioning in all bedrooms for your comfort.
The villa is located on a quiet property of 3 hectares, on a cul-de-sac, which ensures plenty of privacy. The center of Lorgues, with its cozy restaurants, bars, supermarket and large Provencal market, is only 2 kilometers away. During the renovation, original details such as beamed ceilings have been preserved, creating a wonderful mix between old details and modern comfort.
Outside there is a large heated swimming pool surrounded by over 250 m2 of tiled terraces, where several comfortable sitting and lounge areas have been created. Should the evenings get chilly, you can warm yourself by the fire table. There is also a pool house with an additional bathroom/toilet, where you can shower before and after swimming. In the outdoor kitchen you will also find a spacious dining table, a wood-fired pizza oven and an extra refrigerator.
On the first floor there is a tastefully furnished living room with fireplace, spacious seating area and a separate lounge/TV corner. The kitchen is equipped with all possible built-in appliances, including a fridge/freezer with wine cooler, combination oven/microwave, combi/steam oven, dishwasher, Kitchen Aid food processor and an induction hob with built-in extractor. A large round dining table completes the cozy kitchen. On the first floor there is also a separate toilet and a utility room with washer and dryer.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and the first floor is equipped with floor cooling, so the villa stays cool in summer. Upstairs there are 2 separate bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi, and the third bathroom is ensuite. All bathrooms have a rain shower and double sinks. Two bathrooms have a toilet and there is also a separate toilet.

Although we assume that we will all be able to travel to the South of France from mid-May (Covid-19 doesn't like the sun, we do), we do have a Plan B.
If 1 week before the date of arrival there is a negative travel advice, either to travel or to arrive
or if there is a quarantine requirement on arrival or return, then we offer the following:
Stay planned before 12 June 2021
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and reserve a period for the 2022 season.
You can also choose a voucher. Ideal if you do not yet know exactly when you want to go on holiday next year. The amount of the deposit (35%) becomes the voucher amount. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you.
In some cases and after consultation, you can cancel a villa, for which a fee of €250 will be charged.
Planned stays between 12 June 2021 and 28 August 2021.
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and book a period for the 2022 season.
