This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to the star criteria of the German Tourism Association. Depending on equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars.

Our ‘second home’ in the tourist village of Heringhausen offers all this on 110 square metres with 3 bedrooms, open-plan living room & sauna, baby cot and high chair. Between forest and meadow, with a view of the Diemelsee lake 150 metres away, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on our terrace or get active by cycling, hiking and swimming. A SUP board is available for water rats in summer. All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with SmartTV and fly screens.
Numerous games and books are available for our young and old guests for games evenings or relaxed reading hours. The washing machine, tumble dryer, charcoal barbecue and charging point can also be used.
Willingen invites you to go skiing in winter and downhill skiing in summer. Fort Fun is also not far away. We look forward to welcoming you!

Willingen with bike park, ski lift, restaurants and pubs is 15 km away. Hiking, cycling and recreation right on the doorstep =)
If you are travelling without a car, there are convenient connections from Korbach, Willingen or Marsberg-Bredelar train stations by bus or call a taxi (+49 (0)5631 5062088). The Diemelsee holiday region can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport.
If travelling by car from the north:
Hanover A7 motorway towards Kassel, as far as the Kasseler Kreuz junction and then A44 towards Dortmund, Marsberg exit
From the east:
Direction Kassel, then A44 direction Dortmund, exit Marsberg
From the south:
Munich towards Nuremberg, Kassel and then A44 towards Dortmund, Marsberg exit
From the west:
Direction Dortmund, then A44 direction Kassel, exit Marsberg

Cancellation due to accommodation ban: Full refund of the rental price
Cancellation costs:
- up to the 28th day before the start of the rental period: 20 % of the rental price
- from the 27th day before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental price
Should it come to a partial or complete re-letting of the booked travel period, the cancellation costs will be partially or fully refunded.
Tourist tax: 2 €/guest/night (from 14 years). In return, our guests receive the SauerlandCard.
