In the event of withdrawal from the binding booking, the following cancellation fees will be due:
10% of the rental price three months before the start of the rental period
50% of the rental price two months before the start of the rental period
70% of the rental price one month before the start of the rental period
80% of the rental price two weeks before the start of the rental period
90% of the rental price one week before the start of the rental period
if the apartment can be rented further at short notice, we will calculate
an administration fee of EUR 80

Host informationYour landlord is called Jürgen Claus, the unusual half-timbered house, the wooden terraces and the holiday home equipped with handicraft details were largely planned by him and realized with the help of friends and himself. Lovingly handcrafted and unique pieces as far as the eye can see.

Wir hatten einen sehr schöne, perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem Balkon nicht an der Mosel sondern im Grund genommen über der Mosel. Wunderschön. Herr Claus, ein sehr netter und sympathischer Vermieter. Allein das Wetter ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber dafür kann er ja nix.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Urlaubswoche ( leider nur eine) in dieser großen
geschmackvoll renovierten Wohnung.
Sehr gute Ausstattung .
Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren.
Nach den Wanderungen haben wir uns immer wieder auf den Balkon
mit dem genialen Mosel Blick gefreut und den Schiffen hinterher geschaut.
Herr Claus war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.
