Villa Artiana is a beautifully renovated air-conditioned villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. In the main living area on the ground floor there is a comfortable and charming living room along with a modern dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary coooking appliances. Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where there are 4 beautifully decorated master bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom and double beds. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. There are 2 additional bathrooms on the same floor. Another staircase leads you to the attic, where you can find another bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Outside you can enjoy on sun loungers or in a swimming pool. There is also a jacuzzi and an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities. In addition to the main house, you will find an additional building of Villa Artiana (access from the pool), where you will find a wine bar and the possibility of tasting olive oil. An additional nice space for various activities is located on the ground floor where you can play billiards or have fun trying your luck with table tennis, table football or darts. On the first floor there is a special space for children only - a colorful playroom for younger guests, full of different types of toys. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet and a garage with 2 parking spaces, and 2 additional in the yard. Heating of the pool is possible in May, June and September for an extra charge of 100 euros (paid on site)

Villa Artiana is located in Rovinjsko Selo, 4 km from Rovinj and 4 km from the beach. If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet location, but not far from the city centre. In the village there is a market, restaurant, post office, coffee bar and children's playground. Rovinj is a city of rich history, interesting architecture, beautiful natural resources and valuable people, which is definitely worth a visit. Rovinj is also one of the most famous tourist centres of Istria and Croatia, visited by many foreign and domestic guests. Accommodation capacities are diverse, from car camps, private apartments and rooms, through smaller boarding houses to high category hotels.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
