Casa Claudia is a holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region in San Lorenzo in Campo, a small town 25 km from the beaches of Marotta on the Adriatic Riviera.
The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV area, French sofa bed and dining table, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with bunk beds, a toilet.

Guests can make use of a brick barbecue ideal for summer dinners and several outdoor areas equipped for al fresco eating and relaxing. The pool (7 x 4 - Depth 1,35) has a comfortable stepped entrance and is with salt water. Opening period 26/04 - 11/10.

During the summer there’re lots of events, many of them dedicated to local products, food & drinks. By the end of June there’s the culinary event Grigliato e Mangiato, dedicated to grilled meat with live music and entertainment for kids! Sports lovers cannot miss the great challenge Torneo di Rioni in July, whereas the month of August is very rich in events such as the International Lyric Prize Mario Tiberini, followed by the food festival Crescia co le Foje, all the way to the most anticipated event Pizza in Piazza. One of the most famous event is the Castagnolo Festival during Easter time.
Nearest town centre is San Lorenzo in campo, where you can find all services, shops and restaurants. Main attractions within 100 Km are Corinaldo, Marotta, Mondavio, Urbino, Senigallia, Ancona, Rimini, Fano, Grotte di Frasassi.
A car is essential to reach the villa.

The cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified up to 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay.
