The house is located in a quiet, private villa area in the hills of La Croix-Valmer overlooking the beautiful bay of Cavalaire. It is south-facing and offers a magnificent view of the sea, Cap Lardier, Cavalaire, the island of Levant, and the surrounding green hills.
The sea and main shopping facilities are not far away. The villa is fully and very tastefully furnished with some antique furniture.
Additional amenities include a stereo system with CD player, a television with digital satellite system and German-speaking channels, as well as a DSL internet connection.
The open fireplace radiates a cozy warmth and atmosphere in the winter.
The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with an electric stove, ceramic hob, wide extractor hood, dishwasher, and large fridge-freezer combination. Also available are small electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, as well as glasses and dishes.
Above the kitchen, there is a gallery with a wide double bed, a separate bathroom, and a toilet.
In the sleeping area of the house, there is a bedroom with a wide double bed and a single bed, an en suite bathroom, and a separate toilet.
A few steps higher, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony with a wonderful sea view.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The terrace with garden furniture and grill is approximately 40+15 sqm in size and partly covered; from here, you have a wide view of the sea.

Villa Traumblick is located in La Croix-Valmer, a smaller town on the St. Tropez peninsula. This area is known not only for its own Mediterranean climate but also for its wonderfully protected wildlife and plant life.
Here you can take advantage of the multitude of tourist and culinary offerings, or simply enjoy the weather and nature.
The mature and charming town of La Croix-Valmer with its many shopping opportunities is about three kilometers away.
Cavalaire with its pretty harbor atmosphere is about two kilometers away.
The St. Tropez peninsula offers excursions to the picturesque villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, and of course St. Tropez itself.
By car: Take the highway exit Le Luc or Le Muy towards St Tropez and then continue to La Croix Valmer.
Train: Toulon or Saint Raphael
Plane: Nice, Marseille, Toulon.
