Each apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, along with a cozy living room featuring a double sofa bed. The apartments also come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV to ensure you feel right at home.

Our holiday apartment in Pietra Ligure is close to a beautiful palm-lined beach promenade and inviting beach pools. The charming old town is just a short walk away. Explore nearby picturesque villages like Borgio Verezzi, Finalborgo, and Noli, and enjoy climbing cliffs and biking trails for outdoor fun. Minutes from the sea, our residence offers a peaceful escape in lush greenery, perfect for couples and families seeking an unforgettable experience.
For those coming from Genoa, take the Finale Ligure exit, drive along the road that crosses the sea (Via Aurelia), turn right and after about 4 km turn right at the first roundabout and after 0.9 km you will reach the residence.
If you are coming from Ventimiglia, take the exit for Pietra Ligure and exit at the sea. Take Via Aurelia, turn left at the third roundabout and you'll reach the Holidays residence after 0.9 km.

Cancellation conditions:
In the low season within one week before arrival there is no penalty, after that the deposit will be retained (or 50% of the rental fee).
In the high season within 15 days before arrival there is no penalty, after that, the deposit (or 50% of the rental fee) will be retained
Pets are welcome! Please note that there is an additional fee of €30 for stays up to 3 days and €50
