It's about a 50-minute drive to the sea. The house has partial fencing.
House in a panoramic location. Very close to important tourist gems such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, and Forte dei Marmi. Very beautiful hikes are possible directly from the house. Also worth visiting are Lajatico, near Volterra and its "Teatro del Silenzio" (Theatre of Silence), or Peccioli with its strategic position. In Chianni, a small idyllic place, you will find bars, taverns, and typical restaurants. Kiosk for newspapers. Doctors and pharmacy.
