The "Vlothuys" (Bungalow 45) has been recently completely renovated. It has been expanded with a beautiful extension and is equipped with all modern comforts.
Living Room with Open Kitchen
The spacious living room has a large sofa and a comfortable armchair, a television, and a cabinet. The open kitchen features a large table (extendable) with doors to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove with extractor hood, combination oven-microwave, Grohe Red faucet (providing both hot and boiling water), and a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment. Pots and other kitchen utensils are plentiful, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk frother.
Three Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a 1.80 m wide king-size bed with two comfortable, high-quality Emma mattresses (left 'medium', right 'firm'). There is a low cabinet for storing clothes in the bedroom.
The second bedroom is equipped with two box-spring beds that are 80 cm wide and 2 m long. These can be pushed together. There is a tall wardrobe for clothes.
In the children's room, there is a bunk bed with beds that are 90 cm wide and 1.85 m long. This bedroom also has a low wardrobe.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. The toilet is located in a separate room.
Garden and Terrace
From the living room, French doors lead to the beautiful large garden with garden furniture. The property is surrounded by a large garden, bordered on two sides by a wind hedge. In the garden box next to the house, you will find garden chairs and a hammock. The bungalow is located at the back of the park, allowing you to enjoy peace and privacy. In the spring, you can enjoy the blooming and fragrant flower fields around the park.
Extras
The entire bungalow is equipped with underfloor heating. In a cabinet, the washing machine + dryer are neatly hidden and can, of course, be used. Parking is directly at the bungalow.
Digital TV + Netflix
Pets and smoking are not allowed. Eb & Vloed is a family park, and therefore this bungalow is only rented to families and couples; groups are unfortunately not welcome.

Do you love the beach and cycling? Then this holiday home is the ideal accommodation. The beach can be reached by bicycle in 10 minutes. The town of Schagen with its cozy center full of terraces, restaurants, and shops is 12 km away. The beautiful city of Alkmaar is located about 20 km to the south. In spring, the bungalow is surrounded by the colorful tulip fields.
Before Amsterdam, take A9 towards Haarlem/Alkmaar. At Alkmaar, take N9 towards Den Helder. After about 20-25 km, turn left at St.Maartensvlotbrug (Zeeweg), first intersection turn left. After approximately 600m, on the left side, you will find Park Eb en Vloed.
