Welcome to the holiday villa Raffeis, where the apartment is located. Our holiday villa stands alone, surrounded by its own apple orchards, in a fantastic panoramic position above Merano, at 600 meters above sea level!
Our 40m² apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
The living and sleeping areas are, of course, separate and have been furnished very comfortably, stylishly, and in a manner typical of the country.

The city center of the spa town Meran is just 3km away from us. Come and explore the beautiful medieval old town, the picturesque promenades, and their unique wonderful ambiance.
The bus stop is located 70 meters from our house. From here, you can take a bus to the city center every half hour.
On foot, you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes, and by car, you'll be in the downtown area in approximately 5 minutes.
Take the expressway to Meran until the exit Meran Süd/Sinich, then continue towards Meran until the 2nd roundabout, then turn right towards Schenna.
At the Schenna-Hafling/Meran2000 intersection, stay on the right side. After about 1.2 km, you will come to a short straight stretch, at the end of this straight stretch on the right is our holiday apartment in Haus Raffeis with the tower.
