The holiday home is located directly on a small piazza in the center of the old town of Civezza. The interior design team has created a magical place here. All rooms are very thoughtfully and precisely planned. All furniture, the bathroom as well as the fitted kitchen were custom-built. Lovers of contemporary Italian design will be thrilled.
The small house consists of a kitchen-living room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor and a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor. Next door is also the elegant bathroom with shower. In the kitchen-living room, a sofa bed provides two additional sleeping places.
The house includes a small table with a sun umbrella on the small piazza right next to the entrance.

Civezza is perched on a hill ridge in the hinterland of San Lorenzo al Mare. The old town consists of a labyrinth of alleyways, known as "Caruggi". In town, there is a good pizzeria "le Cinque Torri", two grocery stores, a minimarket open daily on the main road from the sea to Civezza, a post office, and a pharmacy. During the summer, Civezza hosts numerous festivals, music concerts, and tastings of local specialties.
There are free public parking spaces.
