Interior
The holiday home is located just a few kilometers from Lucca and is furnished with great attention to detail. With 250 m², it offers plenty of space for a maximum of 14 people in 7 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the entrance area leads to the living room with a sofa and piano. In the dining room with TV there is space for 10 people at the dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a table for another 6 people. There are also 2 double bedrooms on this level (one with TV), 1 bathroom with bathtub (and shower attachment), toilet and bidet, a utility room with sink, washing machine and a massage shower.
The ground floor is largely barrier-free and also suitable for older guests.
The stairs take you to the 1st floor with 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and 1 triple room. There is also a small dining room that is rarely used and has therefore been converted into a single room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (and shower attachment), toilet and bidet. The large balcony offers a very nice view of the surrounding area.
From the 1st floor an external staircase leads directly into the garden.
Near the pool there is an outdoor kitchen and another bathroom (cold water only) with toilet and shower.
Outdoor area
The property is ideal for large families or groups with children as there is a play area with a swing.
Bicycles are provided free of charge.
In the completely fenced, large garden is the swimming pool (8 x 4 m; 1.5 m deep), which is exclusively available to guests. Here, parasols and deck chairs invite you to relax and unwind.
Dogs are welcome, please specify when booking.
A special highlight is the outdoor kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Guests can prepare their own meals in the pizza oven or on the grill, which they can then enjoy in the shaded pavilion with seating.
There is private parking on the fenced property.

The villa is only 10 km from Lucca, not far from the famous "Strada del Vino", where the famous red wines are grown. It is located in a quiet residential area, the nearby village can be reached on foot.
The interesting art and cultural cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena and Pisa can be easily reached as a day trip.
