1. Immerse yourself in the deep blue of the Mediterranean and then extend the seaside feeling in a spacious apartment where you can't help but be content.
2. The wide view over the bay is framed by two massive rock formations and at the height of the 17th and 18th floors, the pleasant breeze ensures that the sun never feels too hot.
3. The Bay of Calpe is beloved for its clear, clean water and wide, shallow sandy beach - ideal for children and recreational swimmers. Only 50 m from the house. No road in between.
4. The paths along the shore are more than just a beach promenade, they are like a creative journey of discovery to the mighty rock “Ifach” on one side and the cheerful, colorful beach and city life on the other.
5. The apartment itself, with its 2nd floor as a penthouse, not only spoils you with breathtaking views, but also with modern, tasteful furnishings that leave practically nothing to be desired.

On request (extra charge), a lockable single garage is available in the basement (right in front of the garage entrance).

From a height of 65 meters you have a wonderful view of the sea, the city and the surrounding mountains.
Since there is only the promenade and no road between the house "Amatista" and the beach, the location is also ideal for families with children.

All kinds of water sports. Climbing on the vertical walls of the Ifach.
Nearby is Benidorm, the "Las Vegas" of Spain. Here you will find everything imaginable at any time of day, night or year. Endlessly long, wide sandy beaches. Places sheltered from the wind where you can sunbathe in your swimwear even in December.
1. From Alicante Airport: Take the ALSA bus line to Calpe bus station. Approximately €10 per person. From Calpe Bus Station, about 1.8 km by taxi.

We are the owners of this apartment. We live in Germany. Our property manager in Spain is the caretaker of the house "Amatista". He welcomes our guests and takes care of the laundry and cleaning. He speaks Spanish and English.
Daily from 10 am to 9 pm. (occasionally answering machine).
