A super panoramic villa for holidays in Chia with a large garden and an amazing view!
Access to the Holiday Home is through the garden and the spacious veranda from which you can enjoy a unique view of the sea, of the Chia tower which is reflected on the lagoon with pink flamingos ...!
The holiday home is all on one level.
It can accommodate 6 people (or 7 with a child).
The large green lawn is ideal for a family!
Or for more families as there is the possibility of booking several houses side by side.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom.
In the living area, the kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, is in a separate room that leads to the spacious panoramic living room (where the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people) and to the large veranda equipped for outdoor dining, framed by large pillars in stone, open on the green of the garden and on the view of the Chia tower which is reflected on the sea!
At the back of the house, a large rear patio houses the laundry area.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4G wifi microwave, safe also for 15 'laptops.
The house has its own reserved parking space and direct access.
Baby equipment, cot, and high chair are available on request.
Rates include overnight stays, water, electricity, wifi, parking, air conditioning.
The price of the final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bathroom, and kitchen), with home delivery and collection, and a Starter Kit for cleaning the house (tools and detergents).
