A super panoramic house for holidays in Chia with a large garden and an amazing view!
Access to the Holiday Home is through the garden and the spacious veranda from which you can enjoy a unique view of the sea, of the Chia tower which is reflected on the lagoon with pink flamingos ...!
The holiday home is all on one level. It can accommodate 6 people (or 7 with a child).
The beautiful green lawn is ideal for a family! Or for more families as there is the possibility of booking several houses side by side.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms.
In the living area, the kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, is in a separate room that leads to the spacious panoramic living room (where the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people) and to the large veranda equipped for outdoor dining, framed by large pillars in stone, open on the green of the garden and on the view of the Chia tower which is reflected on the sea!
At the back of the house, a large rear patio houses the laundry area.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and 4G WiFi.
The house has its own reserved parking space and direct access.
Baby equipment, cot, and high chair are available on request.
Rates include overnight stays, water, electricity, WiFi, parking, air conditioning.
The price of the final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bathroom, and kitchen), with home delivery and collection, and a Starter Kit for cleaning the house (tools and detergents).
On request, other apartments can be placed side by side with similar ones when there were larger groups.
The cottages are just on the sea, on the wonderful beach of the tower of Chia! All the house have the sea view, their parking and the garden and a veranda!

Many other activities complete our "concept" of hospitality, agriculture zero km, outdoor sports such as golf, walks in the parks, visits to the horse farm where children and adults can admire the foals and see how a horse is raised, visit the stables see the horses grazing ..! Once you arrive in Chia following the SP 71 you will have to turn onto Viale Belvedere.
Once you have turned onto Viale Belvedere, follow the CASA CHIA sales office signs and then viale Euforbia 24.
There are also geographic coordinates that can be entered on your smartphone or navigator.

If you want to find the position with a navigator or smartphone DO NOT enter the street name because the navigators have not yet been updated and still do not recognize the new street names.
The address is viale Euforbia n.24 which you can use once you arrive in Chia as signs.
