The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a modern open plan kitchen and a nice living / dining room. The garden is situated on the south side, so it offers sun all day. Thanks to the covered terrace, you can also enjoy the shade of course.
Inside the villa is equipped with all facilities: a dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, stove, coffee maker, television and DVD player. The house also has a Wifi Internet connection.
Upstairs there is a suite for two people with bathroom and private terrace. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms more. These rooms share the second bathroom.
The garden and pool are on the same level as the living room, which gives an enormous living area. The garden offers a lot of privacy and got a lot of trees around it. Around the pool there is a spacious lawn.

Begur and its surroundings are often referred to as the Spanish Riviera, the reason being that it is the most exclusive area on the Spanish Costa Brava. Here you will not find the usual typical blocks of large hotels nor noisy camping grounds.
This area is known for its exclusive horizon of villas which overlook the serene valleys and peaceful bays. Besides serene valleys and bays this area has a number of other unique characteristics. These include, old Medieval Villages, typical Spanish cuisine, some of the most exclusive golf resorts in Europe, breathtaking scenery, rocky cliffs and clean pristine beaches.
The area also offers a range of activities, such as the opportunity to dive or snorkel in the protected Medes Islands, nature trails or ski possibilities (seasonal) in the Pyrenees Mountain Range (2 hours drive), horseback riding, sailing, surfing or swimming. For culture lovers the cities Barcelona, Girona and Figueras are a must see as well as the surrounding local villages. The beaches Tamariu, Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Llafranc and Sa Riera are the main local beaches for sunbathing.

5-1. Cancellation must be done by phone and simultaneously via written communication. Directly after receiving the written cancellation Comfortvilla will send a letter confirming the cancellation.
5-2. If cancellation is done from the moment the reservation is created up to 8 weeks before commencement of the rental period, 30% of the rent sum is due to be paid as well as reservation costs.
5-3. Cancellation between 8 and 6 weeks from commencement of the rental period means 60% of the rent sum has to be paid as well as reservation costs.
5-4. Cancellation within 6 weeks from commencement of the rental period means the full invoice amount must be paid.
5.5. Cancellation includes: requests to change the agreed accommodation and / or change the agreed rental period. The provisions regarding cancellation in this article are therefore applicable. If reasonable grounds exist, deviation from this provision is possible, at the discretion of the owner and / or Comfortvilla.
