It is located in the second row from the lake and only 200 m on foot from the island on the ground floor of a newly built city villa, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which with bathtub) with space for 5 people to relax. Enjoy absolute lifestyle comfort in an open living and dining room with integrated kitchen and island, wifi, safe, 2 TVs, Bose box, underfloor heating and air conditioned rooms. Comfortable beds with boxspring feeling, blinds and blackout curtains ensure a recuperative sleep. Your living room enlarges when you enter the spacious covered sun terrace to the south side with garden and grill. Your holiday residence also has a free garage space as well as free bicycle parking. Amenities for small children (bed, high chair, step) are at your disposal upon request. Just across the street you can reach the lakeside through the idyllic Toskanapark in only 100 m, where you can jump right in the water. From there you have a breathtaking view of Lake Constance, the Alps, Austria and Switzerland.
