This 5 bedroom south oriented townhouse (300m2) is placed on a generous plot (1000m2), has Mediterranean vegetation, a particular design L shaped pool with Roman stairs (the main part is 9mx4m, the children's pool is 3m x 3m), sun loungers, terraces, BBQ area, beautiful sea and mountain views, a neat and carefully conceived design, modern yet very stylish furniture and decorations.
~ Inside
On the ground floor you have the living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a family bathroom. The living room consists of two distinct areas: the sitting and the dining area. The beautiful marble floors and the neat design, the wooden beams and the exquisite decoration are all here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The sitting area has a very comfortable sofa placed in front of a flat screen TV (iptv with international channels). The fireplace completes the homey atmosphere. The dining area has an elegant dining table for six with comfortable upholstered chairs. From here you can exit to the main terrace through a gliding door. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms that share a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two single beds (2x90x200cm), spacious wardrobes, a flat screen TV (iptv with international channels), two wall lamps and a night stand. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, sink, toilet and a window for natural light. The second bedroom has one double bed (160x200cm), two night stands, wall lamps, large wardrobes, a table ideal in case you work on your laptop and a flat screen TV (iptv with international channels). Next to the small entrance hall you have the kitchen which is very practical, it has all the needed equipment: vitro ceramic, oven, microwave, hub, fridge, toaster, water kettle. It also has two bar stools that complete the modern atmosphere.
Upstairs you have three bedrooms, an en suite bathroom, a family bathroom and a terrace from where you may admire the beautiful garden with pool, also the sea and the mountains. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), two night stands, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two stools and a flat screen TV (iptv with international channels). The en suite bathroom has a very appealing design and perfect bathroom finishes with wall lamps, two mirrors, a walk in shower with rain head, sink and toilet. The second bedroom upstairs has a double bed (160x200cm) with a night stand, a spacious wardrobe and visible wooden beams. The third bedroom on the upper level has a double bed (140x200cm), a spacious wardrobe, a night stand, a table for laptop and a flat screen TV (iptv with international channels). These two bedrooms share a family bathroom that has a walk in shower with rain head, sink, toilet and a window. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
~Terraces and garden
The beautiful spacious terrace with access from the living room is furnished with a rattan dining table for six having access to a spacious refrigerator. From here you may admire the beautiful Mediterranean vegetation of the spacious garden (1000m2) and the pool. The manicured garden that surrounds the pool has beautiful palm trees and a green fence offers intimacy to this space. A small dining table for four is placed next to the pool, having an umbrella for the hot summer days. The BBQ area allows you to prepare special meals during cool evenings. If you don't feel like walking to the sea shore you may relax by the pool on one of the six sun loungers placed here for your complete comfort. The L shaped swimming pool has two distinct areas: the main part is 9mx4m, the children's pool is 3m x 3m, a pool bridge that separates the areas and Roman stairs.
The upper terrace (12m2) on the first floor offers beautiful sea views, views over the pool, garden, urbanization and the mountains. The small rattan coffee table allows you to enjoy the perfect views while drinking your morning coffee.

~ Neighborhood
The villa is located in the exclusive Las Chapas Playa, a quiet neighborhood of beautiful private villas. The entire area is secured and by night security guards patrol the streets.
~ Beach
The beach Playa el Alicate is at three minutes walking from the villa (400m). It's one of the best beaches in the area, with fine sand, a width of 25m, no rocks and moderate waves. The good thing is the medium occupancy which means that even in the busy summer months you can still find a place on a sunbed that you can rent from one of the beach chiringuitos. There are a few famous chiringuitos and beach restaurants right in front of the villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) that serve delicious international and local dishes.
~ Shopping/Restaurants
The nearest supermarket, SuperSol, is at just 700m (10 min walking) from the villa. In the same area you have a very good German bakery and various restaurants like the Italian one, Da Fabio or Veranda Verde inside the Royal Tennis Club.The biggest mall and shopping center in Costa del Sol, La Canada, with over 150 shops, is only 8 km (8 min drive) away. Here you can find a large variety of products, from clothes to food or construction materials, including Al Campo hypermarket, cinema and bowling center. There are also other local supermarkets in the area (at just 5 km), SuperSol, Mercadona, Lidl or OpenCor. It's important for you to know that all shops are closed on Sundays, except OpenCor (located at a 5 min drive) that is open 24h. The nearest restaurant is South Beach, at just 350m from the villa, right on the beach. Here you can also rent sun beds and spend an entire day relaxing on the beach with good food and great cocktails. Mozaic is another good restaurant opened all day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located at only 450m from the villa.
~ Activities
If you are planning a golf trip, this location is ideal. There are three renowned golf courses very close to the villa (1.3km), Marbella Golf Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior), Rio Real Golf (18 hole golf course with clubhouse and wellness center, considered in the top 5 golf courses in Spain) and Santa Clara Golf (18 hole golf course, designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). If you are passionate about tennis, at only 700m from the villa you have The Royal Tennis Club. The Club is renowned for its clay courts, the best on the Costa del Sol, where racquet sport can be enjoyed in the fresh air, in a natural and tranquil environment. For your kids or for a family activity, we have the perfect place at just 4 km, Aventura Amazonia Park, the largest adventure park in Andalusia. The area is also very well connected to nearby towns and cities, only 10 minutes drive to Marbellas city center (7km), just 20 minutes drive (18 km) to famous Puerto Banus, the pole of luxury and parties, and 40 minutes to Malaga International Airport (46 km).

Rates are for the occupation of 8 persons,
Damage deposit of 1000 euros must be paid 5 days prior to arrival and is refunded if no damage has been done.
40% of the total rent is paid on booking.
60% is paid 8 weeks before the arrival.
Check-in/check-out between 22:00 and 08:00 have a surcharge of 50 euros.
This property includes normal usage of electricity ( up to 130€ weekly ) extra usage is charged at 0.25€/kw upon electricity counter readings.
